Railnova management team
Christian was former engineering & operations director at Alpha Trains Locomotives where he oversaw a fleet of 400 locomotive across 12 countries. He previously held position at Alstom Transport in the service and maintenance division. Christian holds and MBA London Business School, UK, and a msc mech. engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Lyon, France.
Xavier was previously management consultant at Bain & Company. He specialized in performance and sales improvement for utilities, banking industry, private equity. Xavier graduated form HEC School of Management in Paris, France, with a major in Entrepreneurship. Xavier brings his ROI driven approach to tailor solutions for clients in a transforming industry.
Charles-Henri etched his first circuit board at the age of 12. Former engineer-trainee at Alpha Trains where he was in charge of diesel locomotive telematics, Charles-Henri is an expert in embedded systems, electronics and bus protocol integration. Charles-Henri holds an msc mechatronic engineering degree from Ecole d’Ingénieur Polytec Savoie in France.
